Terms & conditions
Redemptions are subject to room availability at the time of reservation and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
Members may make multiple redemptions. 45,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
Each redemption is valid for a maximum of two (2) guests. Additional charges apply for the third guest, payable directly to Plataran Puncak.
After completing the redemption, members are required to contact Plataran Puncak Reservation at +62 811 1210 3123 or via email at reservation.puncak@plataran.com to confirm their preferred stay dates.
A reservation is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation from Plataran Puncak Reservation.
Redemptions are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the event of a no-show, the redemption will be deemed fully utilized and no refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
Reservation amendments or postponements must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, are subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Butler Service, Love Padlock Installation, daily encounters, and other included experiences are subject to the property’s operating schedule and weather conditions where applicable.
Blackout dates may apply, including public holidays, long weekends, and peak holiday periods.
