Odd-Even Policy
Active on weekends & public holidays.
Only vehicles with plates ending in odd numbers (1,3,5,7,9) may travel on odd dates.
Only vehicles with plates ending in even numbers (0,2,4,6,8) may travel on even dates.
Subject to traffic authority discretion.
Avoid the Jam
Weekdays (Monday–Thursday): Best time to travel with minimal congestion.
- Early morning or late evening on weekends: Leave before 6 AM or after 8 PM.
- Avoid major holidays: Traffic is typically very heavy; if possible, travel during off-peak hours.
Weekend & Holiday One-Way System (subject to traffic conditions and regulations)
- Up to Puncak: 8 AM – 12 PM
- Down to Jakarta: 12 PM – 5 PM
- Two-way traffic resumes: After 5 PM
